Look at this picture on the left. Although the clarity is not the best, one can see where we have stopped in this lounge, plus the radical colour change.

The customer had done several stain removal attempts without success and was frustrated with all the marks, despite it being only a year old.

To ease her concerns, this is what we did.

A thorough vacuum took place to release as much loose grit as possible.

We administered an alkaline of 11, we liberally applied this, followed by agitation, then a dwelling time of ten minutes. Synthetic in construction, we could use a lot of heat to maximise the removal of dirt.

Our customer was ecstatic with the result.

When we began our company, we ensured we trained with recognised schools.

Both I and other operatives within our company attended Ncca and Iicrc courses. These schools educate and give you hands-on experience in understanding fibres, their construction, the do’s and don’ts, understanding chemicals, what are their benefits, the lists are endless. Besides all this ongoing training, we have over 20 years of experience with customers like yourself. So we must do something right to have visited over twenty thousand properties to date. We also have customer video reviews available for you to watch on our website. This helps future customers’ confidence in working with our wonderful team.

What machinery and chemicals do we use?

We believe that our equipment is up there with the best in the market. Truck mount and portable machines. This way, the power of our machinery guarantees a superior, deeper and more thorough experience.

Imagine being able to put your furnishings in a washing machine, well those results are what you can expect from us. We use proven, effective chemicals which help us in all scenarios. Those red wine and tea spillages, shaky hands when we paint skirting boards. Before we start any process for you, we will survey your materials. This helps us ensure that our chemicals and system use are correct for your fibres.

You want a thorough cleaning don’t you, well this is where the power of machinery comes in. We employ up to 4 vacuums to give colossal suction power. They released water pressure into your fibres which range from 100psi to 500 psi, and temperatures vary from 30-130c. It will amaze you what dirt we remove for you, and yes, we do like to show you what level of dirt you have been living in.

How would we sanitise and make your furnishings odour-free, and de-greased, remove of dust mites, allergens, bacteria, including loose contaminants?

We use a specific trusted process. This is what we do.

Once your survey has been completed, we can advise you of our results.

The first thing to be actioned is to remove as much debris as possible. Our hoovering techniques will remove up to 80% of grit, loose contaminants, sand or hair which is embedded in fibres.

This also allows for better contact when we apply our solution or compound.

Next, we will address those marks.

Yes, our removal services are something we are very proud of.

This could be urine, tea, coffee, red wine, chewing gum, or even paint.

Each blemish is treated with a different chemical. The chemicals we use are specific for their purpose.

Treated problems will then be removed.

Once we are happy, we will then proceed. As the saying goes, steam is clean.

An alkaline application is applied liberally. We then massage this into the fibres to allow complete application. We then begin the work. A capful of acid in our freshwater tank will neutralise any alkaline chemical, leaving fibres with a 7.5 ph reading.

A typical lounge would take between 40 minutes to an hour depending on size but will touch dry on completion. How much I hear you ask? As a rule of thumb, this would cost £55.00. This is down to size, plus any other treatments which may be required, such as odour, wee, or stain removal.

Drying times are down to the humidity of a room and fibre length.

We aim for a complete drying within 2 hours

As Tina Turner sang—Simple the best

As our business continues to expand, we look for quality personnel to join us.

We give every new member of our team hands-on training in-house; we send them on training courses to gain more detailed experience. Once they have qualified by both Ncca and IIcrc, we can then another team member is helping us deliver the standards we demand from all of our customers. Are you aware that we place foam pads on any wooden legs that you may have? What this does is ensure that no bleeding transfer occurs as your fibres dry out.

Featured Work

This last year has been a busy one for us.

We have done your typical standard cleans in our commercial services. Dealt with amniotic fluid, a trapped dog in a bedroom who urinated, who then panicked, made more mess, a mosque because of odour, and a church with lots of candles and wax droplets. One thing we don’t clean a lot of are restaurants, and I know some are dirty.

When kids are being artistic and draw you a picture or when their play dough or blue tac becomes locked into the fibres.

 Ever had gum walked in?

Here is a little tip on how to remove it.

1. Dry the chewing gum out for a few minutes using a hairdryer. This will remove any excess moisture.

2. Place an ice cube on the area until the gum feels cold. This will make the gum brittle, which will allow you to break the gum out. Be careful, work from the outside to the middle.

Another way is to spray the gum with wd40. First, pierce the area of concern with a needle or similar sharp object. Spray the WD40 liberally. This will soften gum, allowing you to pick it away. Work carefully.

Working our magic

Now I mentioned to you earlier about our standards of work. A retired gentleman who used to work in our industry.  He worked for a well-known franchise cleaning company.

His good lady contacted us, as she was not happy with the work he had done. They still looked dirty and smelt.

We were told he worked in the bedroom for nearly an hour. It was just a standard bedroom.

Before we started, we took a PH reading. Not all companies would do this. This reading showed chemicals were still present, which was making it look dirty. We call this wicking.

To ensure that we eradicated this issue, a de-browning agent was misted onto the affected areas.

What this does is reverse any ph elements to a neutral ph of 7.5.

We then steam cleaned this room. This needs to be done to flush out any remnants of chemicals.

We even needed to add a foaming agent to make sure our machine vacuums were not covered or left behind by chemicals.

Once this process has been completed, we then applied two chemicals. The first was odour control. Again, as this is an industrial chemical it only needed to be misted. Our CRB machine was then used to grind in the chemical solution deep within the fibres.

A PH 9.5 chemical was then applied, again misted into the fibres.

The machine’s temperature was at 95c, and hot water was used. We then operated slowly. For every stroke of liquid application, three strokes were used to maximise water recovery. Taking your time, and doing it correctly is the only way a professional should operate.

The customer was delighted with our results. They now booked us to revisit later in the year.

Our gallery has many before and after pictures, along with customer review videos.

You could consider hiring a rental machine. We would strongly advise against doing this.

1/ Understanding what you are dealing with.

2/ You could cause irreversible damage such as shrinkage or colour runs.

3/Over-wet your item, which can cause mildew and odours.

4/ So all this money and time spent. Was it worth it? We have warned you.
